  When it takes the branch manger to get anything done correctly (you have a problem). I try to avoid using this location, but because it's open till 7 I use it more often that I would like.

  Went to make a deposit in my Brothers account last Friday afternoon because I owed him some money, we live far from each other so it is easier that way. I gave the account number and his name to the teller, an older Spanish lady. She tells me "there is no account under that name." So i repeat the account number again and again she says there is no account. So i handed her the paper with the account number and name written on it. She still says "sorry, i can't find any account." Frustrated i called my Brother to check if I had made a mistake. He told me that it was the right account number but called Wells Fargo to double check the account number and it was indeed the same number. So i went to a different' branch to make the deposit and the teller said nothing to me just handed me a receipt. Pretty ridiculous that this branch has such incompetent tellers.
