  I spent 40.00 on sending some packages and then they refused to let my 3 year old use the potty. What is up with businesses not letting paying customers use the potty. I don't know exactly what time I need to go potty much less my 3 year old. My daughter peed her pants in the car. Thanks a lot UPS, have some human decency please.

  For the past 11 months I have often processed returns to Amazon Prime through this location. The staff have always been great! They are friendly & helpful, and even go above & beyond their duties! There has been three (-ish) times that I have called them to request for them to PLEASE stay open until I arrive within the next five mins. after theu have closed. Every employee I have asked has always had a pleasant demeanor agreeing to my request, opening the door for me, and during my transactions! I really appreciate them! (The remodeling of the store has turned out lovely!)
