  If you can go elsewhere I would highly recommend it before you get stuck. While we were shopping for insurance we came across Cheryl. We started working with her and everything seemed good. She gave us an awesome quote that seemed very competitive. She asked us one day for our direct deposit information so that we could set up direct deposit and she gave us some paperwork to sign to finish the process. Among this paperwork was authorization forms so that she could us the auto payment information we gave her. We thought we would put off signing while we continued to way our options. Well a few days later a large amount of money was taken out of our bank account for Farmers insurance. Not only was it taken out before we even signed a single page of paperwork, but it was also a LOT more than we had been quoted. When we asked what happened she just said she had no idea that we didn't want to start coverage and acted like she had no idea what was going on. She never told us how much we would be paying, that there would be activation fees, or anything. Not only that, she automatically cancelled my wife's insurance and told us that since she did that we won't be able to get any money back and she can't reverse what she did. Completely unprofessional. I could go on and on about the horrible client experience we have had without one ounce of sympathy or attempt at correction. If you aren't already stuck with her I would seriously go elsewhere.
