- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been working with Chad for the last year on a nasty custody battle. His staff, specifically Heidi, is great to respond to my questions or concerns quickly. Chad is very direct and to the point, which at times, made me feel as though he wasn't listening or hearing my concerns. However, this was welcomed in the court setting and with the other party's attorney, mediator and evaluator. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Chad's staff was professional and efficient and answered the phone promptly every time I called. He previously had done a case for us pro-bono and was recently chosen Utah's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. He is a really good guy. Chad doesn't mince words and some people take that as rudeness but he was never rude to us or those involved in our case, even on the other side. He is very professional. He knows the law and is so knowledgable and helpful. He gave us confidence that we could win our personal injury case and when we settle for full amounts against their three insurance companies we were so glad we used him again.
