- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I just witnessed this branch refusing to give one of its members funds in their own account for no good reason whatsoever. Its times like that when I am glad my money is elsewhere. Yes my mortgage is with them but I would never keep my money there. The member had 2 forms of id and could answer the security questions and still Adirana refused to give the lady her money and just said "go to a branch where they know you because I don't feel comfortable with you" WOW!! Seriously she should be fired for making personal derogatory statements to members like that! If I was that member I would be pulling my cash the next chance I got! This surprised me because the Wells branch I usually go to by my house is awesome! I am surprised they tolerate a teller like that and I am even more surprised the manager didn't step in and help this member.By Utah Katie Real Estate, July 01, 2017
